They are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to add to their team, providing excellent customer service, managing parts sales both internally and externally, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Our Client is Offering the Successful Parts Advisor:
- £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
- 42.5 Hour Working Week Monday to Friday / Saturday Rota

- Manufacturer Accreditation Training Program
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Ensure that all customer and internal parts needs are handled promptly and courteously, responding immediately to parts requests.
- Maintain the highest level of courtesy and service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with product promotions by answering telephone and electronic queries.
- Report any stock damage or losses to the manager without delay.
- Keep the work area clean and adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH requirements at all times.
What Our Client Expects of Their Parts Advisor:
- Previous Automotive Parts experience.
- Background using Kerridge DMS is advantageous.
- An interest in the automotive industry.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Full and clean driving license.
