Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Time Saved Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (No Weekends!)

Your Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on passenger vehicles to a high standard.
  • Use diagnostic tools effectively to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by completing jobs efficiently and correctly the first time.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and support staff to maintain a professional, efficient, and customer-focused workshop.
  • Stay up to date with manufacturer training and keep your technical knowledge current.
About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Vehicle Technician who:

  • Has previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar in a dealership or independent garage environment.
  • Holds relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Possesses strong diagnostic skills and an ability to carry out both minor and major mechanical repairs.
  • Is a team player with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Holds a full UK driving license.
