Roadside Vehicle Technician - Horsham, West Sussex
  • Basic Salary: £31,860 with a career progression plan to increase your base salary to £34,560. OTE up to £46,000.
  • Work Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Saturday between 8am - 8pm.
  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for weekends and evenings.

Our client is renowned for their comprehensive breakdown cover and exceptional mobile vehicle servicing. They’re now recruiting for a Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their expert patrol team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile vehicle servicing and maintenance for customers.
  • Travel to customers' locations, including homes, workplaces, or roadside, in a company-provided van.
  • All appointments are pre-booked with an efficient route planner—no call-outs required.
  • Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (not 12-hour shifts).

What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance/repairs or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a technician in the motor trade.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and confidence driving a van.
This position is open to technicians of all skill levels as full training will be provided. Our client works closely with the DVSA and IMI, making them a fantastic partner for your career development.
