Our client is a family-run Crash Repair Centre in Crawley, known for its friendly and supportive environment. They are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Prepper / Paint Technician to join their dedicated team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality bodywork repairs and thrive in a close-knit, team-oriented workplace, this is the role for you!

Duties of a Vehicle Prepper / Paint Technician:
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure they are ready for paint application.
  • Mix paints to match colors and finishes precisely, following manufacturer specifications.
  • Apply paint using spray guns and other professional equipment, achieving a flawless finish.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets high standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the spray booth and workshop.
