Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Bedford Main Dealer. 
  • Basic salary range £28,000 - £34,000 (more if experienced, offers vary)
  • Bonus on top of the basic salary
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (some flexibility 8:00 - 4:30 for example) 
  • 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings
A main dealer in Bedford are currently looking to expand their workshop team with a two new technicians. They're able to offer the successful applicant manufacturer training and  various development programs, meaning you'll always be on top of the most modern qualifications the automotive industry has to offer, as well as unique manufacturer qualifications. 

They have a medium sized workshop with 4 ramps, 4 bays and an MOT bay. You'll have your own dedicated work space to complete your work. The team are friendly and able to offer training and advise to lesser qualified technicians. The Aftersales manager is excellent and has a long history in the trade working with technicians. 

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities & Requirements: 
  • Service and repair a variety of vehicles.
  • Diagnostic work would be highly sought after
  • Undergo Manufacturer training
  • Be able to work independently and within a team efficiently. 
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Be level 2 or 3 qualified. 
  • Have your own tools. 
  • MOT Testers paid top-end of the salary. (Not needed to apply)
