  • Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 Basic DOE with £41,000 On Target Earnings
  • Hours: 45 hours per week + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis

As a Service Advisor, your duties will include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Booking services, MOTs, and repairs.
  • Keeping customers informed about when their vehicle will be ready.
  • Ensuring vehicles are ready at the agreed time.
  • Providing accurate quotes and estimates to customers.
