MET Technician Required Warrington
  • Starting salary up to £33000 per annum, plus Bonus
  • £38,000 OTE
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0830- 1700
  • 30 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) that will increase with length of service.

Key Responsibilities for the MET Technician role:
  • Removing and refitting parts to ensure all body repairs meet high-quality standards.
  • Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles in line with instructions and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Accurately understanding and implementing technical methods manuals and specialist information.
  • Reporting any additional, previously unseen damage that is not included in the estimate as soon as it is identified.
  • Working within agreed repair times to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensuring customer vehicles are handled with care and safeguarded throughout the repair process.
  • Minimising waste of parts, paints, and materials by adhering to efficient working practices.
  • Actively contributing to and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
The Ideal candidate for this MET Technician role:
  • Previous experience working as an MET Technician.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A positive attitude with a collaborative mindset, thriving both as an individual contributor and within a team.
  • Strong knowledge and adherence to Health and Safety protocols in the workplace.
