Our Main Dealer client in Ellesmere port is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop. You'll be part of a very experienced team. Being involved in performing cutting-edge vehicle health assessments, executing vehicle services, and addressing additional repairs.

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs, adhering strictly to manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure vehicle reliability, performance, and safety.
  • Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or the need for replacements, ensuring proactive and accurate diagnoses.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide clear, professional, and expert technical advice to customers when needed, ensuring they feel informed and confident in the service provided.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold exceptional customer service standards, building trust that leads to long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service reception team and workshop control to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Share knowledge and guidance with fellow Technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development in the workshop.
The Ideal candidate for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, ambitious, and quick to learn.
  • Maintains high standards in vehicle service.
  • Brand-specific training not mandatory; training provided.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • A current valid MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
