  • Salary: Up to £34k Basic DOE + Qualifications + £40K OTE and potential to earn much more!
  • Hours: 45 hours per week Monday – Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We are currently working with a well-established National Motor Trade Dealer Group who have been operating in our local area for over 20 successful years and counting. Our client has an excellent reputation and operates with over 6 different vehicle brands in the South of the UK, having achieved various industry-recognised employee awards over the years!

They are seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their professional automotive aftersales team in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or a similar Automotive Service Environment. This role is integral to the success of the service department, and the rewards and benefits reflect this:

Within this Service Advisor role, your typical duties will include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Booking in services, MOTs, and repairs
  • Advising customers of when their vehicle will be ready
  • Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the agreed time
  • Quoting and providing estimates to customers
Our client has a strong team with repeat business; you will be expected to have a professional approach with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build great rapport with both customers and colleagues. You should be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
