Vehicle Sales Preparation Technician Required for Prestige Main Dealer in Weybridge, Surrey

Hours: 45 per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £30k - £40k Basic DOE + £10k OTE  + Overtime Available

Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Weybridge area, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Preparation Technician to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in vehicle mechanics, preparation, ensuring that cars are showroom-ready to the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic brand in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in preparing vehicles for sale, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Sales Preparation Technician:

  • Preparing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are pristine and ready for display or delivery.
  • Carrying out quality checks and rectifying any issues as per manufacturer standards.
  • Conducting minor mechanical repairs and cosmetic enhancements.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are prepared in line with customer expectations and timelines.
  • Keeping detailed records of all work completed.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in vehicle preparation or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • You will ideally live within the Weybridge area or be able to commute to the location.
