Vehicle Technician Required in Tonbridge, Kent!
  • Basic Salary: Circa £45,000, Depending on Qualifications & Experience
  • Bonus Structure: Attractive, Performance-Based
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturdays: 1 in 3 or 4, 08:00 – 12:00, Paid at Overtime Rate
  • Location: Prestigious Independent Garage in Tonbridge, Kent
Our client is a family-oriented independent garage committed to doing things differently in the automotive industry. Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Conduct servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to a high standard
  • Perform diagnostic tests and fault-finding
  • Complete work efficiently within set timeframes while maintaining quality
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed
  • Participate in manufacturer training programs to further enhance your skills
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience: Preferably from an independent garage or main dealership background
  • MOT Testing Licence: Highly beneficial but not essential
  • Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic skills are desirable
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and handle pressure effectively
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work with a commitment to high standards
Our client is also open to meeting with less experienced individuals who are eager to learn, develop, and progress their skills within an experienced workshop.
