  • Basic Salary: £48,500 + Uncapped OTE
  • Several Bonuses in place. 
  • 45 hour working week
  • Weekends on a rota basis 
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Our client is a prestigious dealership based within the Leicester area. They are currently looking for a Master technician to join their busy workshop team.

Responsibilities for a Master Technician: 
  • Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair including warranty approved work.
  • Contributing to company and workshop improvements.
  • Servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with manufacturer standards and training, contributing to a first-class service experience for every customer.
  • Conducting MOT Tests (If qualified)
  • Supporting the workshop team. 
Requirements for this Master Technician role:
  • Proven experience within a main dealership or similar high-paced workshop environment.
  • Qualified to Master / Diagnostic level ideally through a manufacturer. Specific manufacturer not required. 
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with strong diagnostic skills. 
  • MOT License is desirable but not essential as training is provided 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a supportive team setting
