VDA / Estimator Vacancy - Accident Repair Centre Daventry
- Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £45,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- No weekends

My client is an award winning bodyshop located in Daventry. They are now looking for a VDA / Estimator to join their team.
They have a close knit team of professional productive and non-productive bodyshop staff with excellent management.
They are experts at what they do and are looking for a skillful VDA / Estimator to complete damage estimates, support management and guide the team. Ideally the successful candidate will be ATA qualified (They're happy to renew this if expired)
Responsibilities of a VDA / Estimator:
- Assess a wide range of vehicles.
- Using Audatex to calculate costings and the time required to complete necessary repairs accurately.
- Communicate with insurance engineers and customers.
- Create Damage assessments ensuring correct repair methods are employed.
The successful VDA / Estimator will have:
- Experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
- Training / Experience using Audatex.
- An ATA qualification as a Bodyshop Estimator/VDA would be an advantage (Renewal can be provided)
- Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent IT skills.
