Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside 1 other Car Sales Executive and a selling Assistant Sales Manager, you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, add-ons, finance and insurance-related products to reach and exceed targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of vehicle delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. Car Sales Executives must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the car and offer any other support that may be required.
In order to be eligible, you will ideally live in the Swansea region or be able to easily commute to Swansea. Due to the nature of this role, recent experience in car sales is mandatory for our client. Overall you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

- Starting basic salary of £16,500 per annum.
- An uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of up to £40,500+ per annum subject to sales performance.
- OTE is based on circa 15 used cars & 1-2 new, with a 10% profit commission scheme with a minimum payout of £70 per car.
