Vehicle Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Basic Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £40,000
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, no Saturdays)
Our client, a thriving dealership in Warwickshire, is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. The role offers the opportunity to work in a busy service center with a supportive after-sales team committed to delivering high-quality repairs and servicing to customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using the latest diagnostic tools.
  • Deliver high standards of workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and training opportunities.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity targets.
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
  • A clean driving license (essential).
  • MOT accreditation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and commitment to learning new skills.
