- Basic Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £40,000
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, no Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using the latest diagnostic tools.
- Deliver high standards of workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and training opportunities.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity targets.
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
- A clean driving license (essential).
- MOT accreditation is desirable but not essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and commitment to learning new skills.
