Key Responsibilities involved in this Commercial Parts Advisor Role:
- Efficiently supply parts to customers and workshop teams.
- Unpack stock orders and ensure the warehouse remains tidy and organised.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of parts as needed.
- Professionally and friendly address customer needs face-to-face and over the phone.
- Promote the latest offers to customers.
- Support other duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Local knowledge of the Croydon area.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Prior knowledge of commercial vehicles and parts is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but we welcome candidates willing to learn about the industry.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota.
