Our automotive client requires a skilled and experienced Car Paint Sprayer who is familiar with water-based paints and has extensive hands on experience working in a car painting environment.

They have a thriving business situated in Chelmsford and plenty of work coming through the doors so offer excellent job security and good bonus opportunity here.

Details & Benefits as Paint Sprayer:
  • Company: Automotive Bodyshop.
  • Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
  • No weekends or bank holidays worked for a good work/life balance!
  • Competitive Basic Salary circa £40,000 p.a. + Bonus opportunity on top around £3,500.
  • On site parking available.
  • Holiday allowance of 20 days = bank holidays / company contributory pension scheme.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent (PAYE).
Responsibilities Included with this Paint Sprayer Role:
  • Prepare vehicles to be sprayed.
  • Mix paint to ensure a perfect match.
  • Spray painting vehicles.
  • Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects.
The Ideal Car Paint Sprayer will be able to produce a high quality of paint spraying from start to finish and you must have 3+ years experience in water-based paints, a college course in vehicle refinishing completed and experience within a pressured workshop. Alongside that you will be a good team player, have a stable working history, have your own guns and a full UK Driving Licence.
