- Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 Depending on experience + £2,000 annual KPI-driven bonus
- Hours: Rotating shifts (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00)
Key Responsibilities as a Warranty / Service Administrator:
- Process and manage service, warranty, and PFL job cards to ensure compliance and maximise profitability.
- Handle invoicing, including retail pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and reconciliation of self-billing invoices.
- Assess warranty and PFL claims, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely submission to meet manufacturer standards.
- Monitor workshop WIP levels, keeping them below 250 hours, and address issues in technicians’ write-ups or parts details.
- Liaise with Service and Workshop Managers, and coordinate with the Parts Department for label requests and non-warranty repairs.
- Review and submit claims, manage rejections, and verify weekly warranty submissions for compliance.
