Automotive Car Parts Advisor Required in Woolwich, South London
  • Salary: £28,500 Basic (depending on experience) + OTE £35,000 per annum+
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm or 7:30am – 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis, 8am – 12:30pm (paid as overtime).
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Car Dealership operating in the South London area. This client has been delivering exceptional service and quality since the 1980s and represents a range of prestigious vehicle brands.

They are seeking an Experienced Car Parts Advisor to join their dynamic Parts Department. This is a vital role within the dealership, ensuring the seamless supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers.

Within this Car Parts Advisor role, your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Managing and processing parts orders from the workshop and retail customers.
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct parts to meet customer requirements.
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely supply of parts for repairs and servicing.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the department operates efficiently.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, offering advice and guidance on parts where required.
  • Supporting the Parts Manager with day-to-day operations and reporting.
