Our client is a family-owned Franchise Dealer Group successfully operating for over 40 years which represents a highly sought after premium brand, due to an increase of business they are in need of a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. As an employer of choice, they offer their employees excellent benefits and are always looking to develop and invest in their people!

Key Tasks of the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
  • Work with other departments in the Retailer to facilitate the servicing and repair vehicles.
  • Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, Manufacturer and industry guidelines.
  • Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Details & Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Competitive Basic Salary of £34,900 p.a.
  • Monthly Bonus Opportunity based on Hours Sold & Productivity. OTE Circa £46,800
  • Hours to be worked: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm & Saturday 1 in 4 on a rota basis.
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
To be successful in this Vehicle Technician role you will need to be a Level 3 NVQ qualified Vehicle Technician, have a professional track record working in the role, offer a stable employment history and have a drive and desire to further develop your career within the Group. A full UK manual driving licence with minimal points and your own tools for the role are also essential.
