As a Crash Repair Prepper / Polisher, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring vehicles are finished to the highest standard, ready for customers.

Your responsibilities as a Prepper / Polisher will include:
  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Polishing vehicles to a high-quality finish, ensuring a showroom-ready appearance.
  • Performing final quality checks to guarantee all work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
  • Working on a variety of makes and models using top-of-the-line equipment and materials.
  • Collaborating with a skilled team to achieve outstanding results for customers.
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Prepper / Polisher in a crash repair or accident repair workshop.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and polishing techniques.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Hours and Pay:
  • Hours: 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (No weekend work!)
  • Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic DOE + Bonus
