A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Workshop Controller within our client’s Prestige Vehicle Specialist, following an internal promotion. This role offers the chance to work with an established and highly regarded team in a busy, modern workshop environment.

The Workshop Controller's Responsibilities Include:
  • Delegating workloads to the Technicians in the workshop, ensuring an even and efficient workflow.
  • Supervising and supporting Technicians to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Liaising extensively with the Service Department to ensure all jobs meet Manufacturer standards and are completed on time.
  • Monitoring recalls and warranty cases, ensuring proper communication with the Warranty Department.
  • Upholding Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Overseeing WIP deadlines and ensuring cost-effective completion of all work.
  • Building excellent customer relationships by gaining authorisation for additional work and keeping customers informed.
  • Driving workshop performance, ensuring first-time fixes and customer satisfaction remain the top priorities.
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will be a confident and motivated individual with excellent organisational skills. You will be a strong communicator who thrives under pressure in a busy service environment. Specific requirements include:
  • A proven track record as a Workshop Controller or a Senior Service Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Excellent knowledge of warranty procedures and service operations.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality control, and first-time fixes.
  • The ability to lead and inspire the team, driving high output and maintaining workshop efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Prestige or Manufacturer standards is a distinct advantage, although not essential.
