Vehicle Technician needed in Carlisle (No Weekends!)
  • Basic salary of up to c. £35,000.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:15am - 5pm).

Our client is seeking applications from  experienced Vehicle Technicians, ideally with experience in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.

The successful Vehicle Technician will get:
  • Basic salary of up to c. £35,000.
  • No Weekends!
  • The chance to upskill and become a fully qualified MOT Tester.
  • Brand specific, industry leading training and development schemes.

What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • MOT License preferred although not essential (The business will pay for you to upskill and achieve this).
  • Full UK Driving License.
