    Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
    • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
    • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address vehicle issues.
    • Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to warranty guidelines.
    • Ensure high standards of safety and workshop housekeeping.
    • Road test vehicles post-repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Relevant qualifications: NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent).
    • Previous experience in a workshop environment; franchise dealership experience is advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • A team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
