- Basic Salary: L1 Technician up to £35,000 | L2 Technician up to £40,000 | L3 Diagnostic Technician up to £45,000
- On-Target Earnings: Competitive and uncapped – earn £60,000+
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis

- Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and maintenance to a high standard.
- Communicating technical information to Service Advisors and customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
- Staying up to date with industry innovations and participating in manufacturer training programs.
- A qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) ideally to Level 3 standard.
- Proven experience working on a range of vehicles, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
- A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
