The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on a range of HGVs, ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards while minimising downtime for their customers.

Our client is offering the successful HGV Technician:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
- 21 days of annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
- Opportunity to work in a well-maintained, fully equipped workshop
- Perform major and minor repairs to heavy goods vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, including tyre rotation and oil changes
- Diagnose and plan repairs alongside the workshop team
- Provide roadside repair services in emergencies
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records
- Adhere to DVSA standards and safety protocols
- Be a qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or IMI Qualification in HGV Repair and Maintenance)
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- A full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
