- Basic salary of £22,000 per annum with an OTE of £45,000+ per annum with access to a company vehicle
- 42 hours, 5 days per week, between Monday to Saturday. No Sundays required. Every other Saturday off.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of a small team of Sales Executives, as a New Van Sales Executive you will be required to sell new light commercial vehicles and will also have access to used stock. Further to this, your role will also involve selling vehicle finance, insurance, and various other associated products and services to reach and exceed sales targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the car. You must explain warranties, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Aftersales Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the van and offer any other support that may be required.
To be eligible, you must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend. Experience selling vehicles (car or commercial) is essential to our client at this stage as our client requires the successful applicant to almost hit the ground running within the very well-performing team. Overall you will need to be a quick learner, have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
