  • Position: Service Advisor
  • Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
  • Hours: 42 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00-12:30
  • Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic + £6,000 Bonus + £2,400 Connect & Service Plan. OTE up to £38,400
We are currently working with a well-established National Motor Trade Dealer Group that has been thriving in the local area for over 20 years. Our client boasts an excellent reputation and operates with over 6 different vehicle brands across the South of the UK, achieving various industry-recognised employee awards over the years!

They are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Service Receptionist to join their professional automotive aftersales team in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or a similar automotive service environment. This role is crucial to the success of the business and the service department. The rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other dealerships in the local area.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Booking in services, MOTs, and repairs
  • Advising customers on when their vehicle will be ready
  • Ensuring vehicles are ready at the agreed time
  • Quoting and providing estimates to customers

You will be expected to have a professional approach with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build great rapport with both customers and colleagues. Confidence in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment as a team member, are essential.
