- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays
- £28,000 - £30,000 basic (based on experience) with potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Service Advisor:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
- Ensure that customers are updated on the progress of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle follow-up actions
- Maintain a high level of organisation and cleanliness in the service department
- Communicate effectively with customers and the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
- Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor
- No specific qualifications required
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high levels of organisation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- A salary of £28,000 - £30,000 basic, with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE
