- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities for the Warranty Administrator:
- Process warranty and R&M claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines
- Submit required documentation to manufacturers as needed
- Manage warranty and R&M referrals to avoid claim rejections
- Ensure warranty and R&M parts are available for inspection when requested by the manufacturer
- Monitor work in progress to maintain minimal backlog
- Provide occasional support to the Retail Administrator
- Communicate with technicians to gather information for maximizing claimable time
- Adhere to company policies, including Health and Safety and Compliance standards
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required by the company
- Meet KPIs set by Group and the vehicle manufacturer
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
- Experience in warranty and R&M administration (preferably in a truck dealership, but car dealership experience will also be considered)
- Ability to efficiently process and manage claims
- Strong communication skills for working with technicians and other team members
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
