Driver/Site Coordinator & Maintenance – Automotive Main Dealer (Bromley)
  • Location: Bromley
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Overtime Available)
  • Annual Leave: 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays (30 days total)
Is your engine running smoothly, or are you looking for a new opportunity to rev up your career? We’re a well-established franchised automotive main dealer in Bromley, and we’re on the lookout for a Driver/Site Coordinator & Maintenance to join our pit crew. If you’re a clean-driver with a passion for all things cars and can juggle a wrench in one hand and a clipboard in the other, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities as a Driver / Site Coordinator with our client:
  • Hit the road – driving vehicles to and from various locations, including customer pick-ups and deliveries (we promise, no boring routes!).
  • Be the engine behind our site – coordinating the day-to-day operations, ensuring the wheels of our business turn smoothly.
  • Keep the fleet purring – handling basic vehicle maintenance and ensuring all cars are in tip-top shape.
  • Sort the gears – help organise the workshop schedule and manage logistics to keep things running without a hitch.
  • Follow health and safety standards (we like to keep things running in tip-top shape, not just our cars).
What You’ll Need as a Driver / Site Coordinator:
  • A clean UK driving license (obviously, you’ll need it to drive our precious vehicles).
  • A bit of automotive know-how (experience is a plus, but if you’re keen to learn and love cars, we’ll train you).
  • Organisation skills that could rival a finely tuned engine.
  • A positive attitude – after all, we’re all about keeping things running smoothly with a smile.
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced environment (we don’t let the grass grow under our feet!).
What We Offer the Right Driver / Site Coordinator:
  • A competitive salary (because you deserve to be rewarded for your hard work).
  • 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (30 days total – plenty of time to recharge your batteries!).
  • Overtime opportunities (for those who like to go the extra mile).
  • A friendly, supportive team – we’re more like a family than a crew.
  • Training and development opportunities – so you can always stay ahead of the curve.
If you're looking to drive your career forward, keep things running smoothly, and enjoy a bit of automotive banter along the way, then this is the place for you!
