Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager With Our client:
- Manage and drive the performance of the sales team in achieving set targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to the final delivery of vehicles, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the sales team to ensure ongoing success and personal development.
- 40-hour working week for managers.
- A company vehicle for business and personal use.
- Private healthcare for all managers.
- Pension scheme: Auto-enrolment for the first 12 months, with an enhanced pension scheme and additional Death in Service benefits after 12 months.
- Basic salary in excess of £40k, with a realistic OTE of £60-£70k.
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
