Vehicle Panel Beater needed for Brand New Accident Repair Centre!
  • Location: Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.
  • Salary: £20 - £22 per hour.
  • Time Saved Bonus: £10 per hour for any overtime worked above the standard 40 hours per week.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri) or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
  • Overtime: Extra overtime available on Saturdays - When work is required and available.
We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing team, specialising in fleet work. This role involves a variety of tasks with a focus on partial strip and fit, replacing quarter panels, filler work, and pin pulling. It's a fantastic opportunity to work with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of this Vehicle Panel Beater role include:
  • Partial strip and fit of vehicle parts.
  • Replacing quarter panels and other body parts.
  • Filler work to restore vehicle surfaces.
  • Pin pulling to straighten panels as needed.
  • Fleet work across various vehicles (cars & light commercial).
What Our Client Offers the Right Panel Beater:
  • Competitive hourly pay between £20 - £22, depending on experience.
  • Overtime bonus of £10 per hour for hours worked over the standard 40 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (or 7am – 4pm depending on shift).
  • 30-minute lunch break with 15-minute breaks each side of your shift.
  • Opportunities for overtime on Saturdays (when required, based on workload).

Requirements of this Vehicle Panel Beater role:
  • Proven experience in panel beating and bodywork repairs.
  • Strong skills in partial strip and fit, panel replacement, filler work, and pin pulling.
  • Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard, particularly in a fleet environment.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Reliability and the ability to adhere to set working hours.
