- Salary: £32,000 Basic | £40,000 OTE
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Managing all regular service department functions, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the manufacturer
- Handling some warranty administration processes
- Supporting workshop control and overseeing a team of four vehicle technicians
- Advising customers on required repairs and services, upselling additional work where appropriate
- Tracking vehicle progress through the workshop and keeping customers updated
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any queries or concerns professionally
