- SALARY: Up to £41,000 per annum pending experience/qualifications plus bonus scheme and optional overtime.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working with a large team, as a Diagnostic/Master Vehicle Technician, you will act as our client's specialist in the repair, servicing and preparation of vehicles, whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers’ complete satisfaction. You will also help supervise the workshop in the Workshop Controller's absence and play a pivotal role in mentoring/developing other Vehicle Technicians in the workshop, particularly Apprentices. You will be at the forefront of technical and diagnostic ability to spearhead our technical excellence across our client's vehicles, including ICE and hybrid/electric vehicles.
To be eligible, you need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Trowbridge region and be fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement, as well as additional manufacturer training recognition to a Diagnostic/Master Vehicle Technician level. You will need to hold a UK driving license, be a committed individual and be a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. Applicants with an active MOT Smart Card would be highly advantageous to our client, but it is non-essential.
