Our client, an established main dealership is looking for a self motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic and successful sales department at their Twickenham location. 

Your communication skills must be very strong to deal with new and returning customers aspirations and requests as well as liaising with other sales team members and management to ensure a smooth sales process from first enquiry through to the delivery of customers vehicles. You will be expected to record all transactions on the companies systems and ensure all sales opportunities has been explored including accessories and service plans whilst assisting in any promotional activities to generate new sales leads. 

Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Executive:
  • £18,000 Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE
  • Monday To Saturday 9am - 6pm (Day Off In Week) / Sunday Rota 10am - 4pm
  • Volume Brand Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Company Car Included
  • Previous Main Dealer Car Sales Experience Required
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday, Rising With Service
Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of our brand and products
  • Assist customers with online sales 
  • Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries as well as from dedicated customer follow-up and prospecting activities, to deliver a truly unique customer experience.
  • Follow the sales process prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
  • Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
  • Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries

  • Deliver an exemplary level of service to the Internal and External Customer, Business Partners and External Suppliers
  • Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements
  • Contribute fully within the team, ensuring the right environment is maintained
  • Ensure the appropriate level of management control and system exploitation is applied to all relevant systems
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential
