Our automotive client is a unique business which makes the process of having a car serviced hassle free, convenient and cost effective for their customers. Their Online Service Advisors deal direct with garages, negotiate the service cost and book the work into the diary making sure everything is taken care for the customer.

They are looking for an Online Automotive Service Advisor to join their friendly team!

The role of Online Automotive Service Advisor will be office based, all leads are warm as the customer has already booked their service online, you will communicate directly with the customer and the garage on the booking and progress of the work done to a vehicle. You will have around 25 warm lead jobs to manage each day, invoices and any e-paperwork is autogenerated through their system and sent to the customer electronically for them to authorise.

Details and Benefits of this Online Service Advisor Role:
  • Competitive Basic Salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
  • Fantastic overall earning with commission on top around £60,000 p.a.!!
  • Commission is earnt as a percentage of profit per job completed and other KPI’s achieved.
  • Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Good work/life balance: No Weekend Days worked in the role!!
  • Contract: Full, Time Permanent (PAYE).
The successful Online Automotive Service Advisor will have a professional track record as either a Service Advisor from within an automotive service department or Car Sales Executive. You will need to be driven to achieve targets which will ultimately ensure you are paid very well in this role!
