  • Salary: Basic Salary up to £22,000 with an OTE of up to £27,200!
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday only! Flexible Start and Finish times.

Our automotive client is a unique business which makes the process of having a car serviced hassle free, convenient and cost effective for their customers! They are looking to find a talented and motivated Junior Customer Bookings Advisor. As a Junior Customer Bookings Advisor, you’ll be responsible for contacting both parties on the day of their booking to check everything is still good to go ahead, making amendments if needed and keeping business warm. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth process and delivering an exceptional experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Bookings Advisor:
  • Accurately schedule appointments and update customer records.
  • Provide information on available services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
  • Ensure customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to meeting team targets and KPIs.
The Successful Junior Bookings Advisor will have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A basic understanding of the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software is preferred.
