Automotive Fleet Customer Service Advisor Required – Commercial Fleet Company
  • Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client, a well-established Commercial Fleet Company in Erith, South London, is looking for a dedicated and professional Automotive Fleet Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

The Role: As an Automotive Fleet Customer Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for fleet customers, ensuring excellent service and efficient communication. You will play a crucial role in coordinating vehicle maintenance, resolving customer queries, and ensuring all company policies and industry regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Service Advisor:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage vehicle bookings, maintenance schedules, and service updates.
  • Ensure equipment issued is used and maintained in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and fleet activity.
  • Promote all services in a positive and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate for this Fleet Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience in customer service within the automotive or fleet sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and compliance is an advantage.
  • A professional and fair approach to handling customer queries and concerns.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with fleet management software is beneficial.
