Vehicle Sales Administrator required in Treforest
- Up to £26,000 basic salary depending on experience.
- 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator with our client’s multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Treforest!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, in this Sales Administrator role you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely progress of sold used vehicles from the point of order to delivery
- Process customer orders including arranging fitment of ancillary equipment with suppliers, raising purchase orders, ensuring that this is done in line with customers' orders and timeframes expected, booking inspections, valeting and delivery as required
- Organisation of prep requirements for vehicles in unsold stock and working within optimum time frames
- Ensuring that the system reflects the locations of vehicles under your control and in line with audit requirements
- Maintain the accuracy of vehicle records concerning stock funding
- Accurate uploading of completed used stock vehicles to advertising platforms
- Raising of vehicle Sales invoices
- Completing vehicle transactions using DVLA online systems
- Liaison and communication with the sales team regarding the progress of their customer vehicles
- Submission of completed deal files at month-end
The successful Sales Administrator would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/CDK experience preferable). Strong and steady previous experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly beneficial however our client is willing to consider candidates with strong administration experience in another role within the motor trade or a similar sector. Relevant training will be provided to candidates without automotive Sales Administration experience. A UK driving license with minimal points would be beneficial but is not essential.
