Salary: Up to £29,000 basic + OTE £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No weekends!! 

Are you passionate about automotive parts and looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and highly respected premium volume manufacturer, is looking for a Parts Supervisor to join their growing team in Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts experience (even if you're currently working as an advisor, not a supervisor) who is looking to progress into a supervisory role within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the Aftersales Team to ensure a smooth flow of information that is timely, accurate, and clear.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic records for all parts and inventory.
  • Ensure all documentation is aligned with governing quality standards and is completed accurately.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate perpetual stock takes are completed consistently.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience within the parts department (Essential). Experience as a Parts Advisor looking to move into a supervisor position is also highly considered.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and stock management procedures.
