  • Basic Salary £20,000, £40,000 OTE
  • 5 Day working Week Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00 (Day off during the week)
  • 1 Full Weekend off per month
  • Weekends on rota basis, Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00, Sundays 10:30- 16:00

Our Client a well-known Independent Premium Used Car Dealership, is seeking a Sales Executive in the Uckfield area. With a reputable, upfront and honest ethos, our client is seeking an additional sales executive to assist with the added volume at the site and to join their team of employees.

They are seeking an individual to work closely with the Sales Manager and other Sales Executives, to assist in the continued running of a successful Sales department.

This Client is ideally seeking individuals from a Car Sales background however would be keen to talk to anyone with sales experience in a prior role with drive and enthusiasm to succeed. They offer longer term succession with options to progress into management and further roles within the business structure!
 
What’s in it for you as a Car Sales Executive?
  • A Competitive Basic Salary of £20,000

  • 5 days per week to include one weekend day per week on a rota basis.

Duties of a Sales Executive with our Client
  • To sell used prestige and premium vehicles through interaction with local Small to Medium Enterprises, and retail customers.
  • To achieve pre-determined targets for the sale of finance, warranty, and other add-on products.
  • To assist in the management of the company website, photography, showroom, forecourt, and customer areas
  • To become involved in used car purchasing.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price and key features
What our Client expects of their Sales Executives
  • Sales experience with independent or Main Dealer desirable
  • A record of performance or progression.
  • Of smart appearance with outgoing personality.
  • Good computer skill level.
  • A solid grasp of written English and Mathematics
  • Knowledge of social media
  • The successful applicant should live no more than 30 minutes’ drive from the business
  • Full UK Driving Licence
