We are seeking a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join our Client’s well-established Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area.

Our Client is a part of a well-established and highly regarded business. They strive to provide excellent service in terms of quality of their work and customer care.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
  • £30,000 Salary
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / Saturday Morning Rota 8am - 12pm

Duties of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Greeting customers at reception or on telephone
  • Booking in customers for vehicle repairs, then updating customers with progress through the workshop
  • Liaising with insurance and accident management companies
  • Control of courtesy car diary
  • Assisting with driving during busy periods
  • Providing excellent customer service
What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience within an Automotive customer facing role
  • Full UK Driving Licence Essential
  • Be able to demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal communication.
  • You will possess IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ideally looking for someone who is well presented and have good attention to detail.
  • Core values like honesty, good time keeping and a ‘can do’ attitude are a given.
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
