Our client is a well-established Automotive Bodyshop in the Chelmsford area. They have an excellent following and provide small body repair services such as smart repairs.
They are actively looking to hire a Panel Beater / Stripper-Fitter to join their friendly and busy team! Good work ethics are needed, working well in a team as well as under your own initiative is important alongside following instruction from Bodyshop Workshop Manager.
The Panel Beater / Stripper-Fitter role will be to:
- Stripping down Vehicles.
- Pin-Pulling experience is essential.
- Completing any repairs i.e. filler work.
- Taking panels off and re-fitting them.
- Salary will be circa £40,000 plus a bonus based on the monthly turnover of the workshop.
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
- On Fridays they tend to finish a bit earlier if all the work is completed.
- Holiday Allowance of 28 inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Uniform and PPE supplied.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
The successful candidate will need to have a professional track record in this role, a full UK driving licence and their own set of tools.
