- Basic salary based on experience between £30-33,500 per annum with a rewarding total annual earning potential of £50-60,000+ and company car.
- 5 days per week; Monday to Saturday with every other Wednesday off, and every other weekend off.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and responsible for a dedicated team of 4 New Car Sales Executives and 1 Business Manager. Your key job objectives will include:
- Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
- Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
- The role will also involve stock control and forecourt management.
