  • Location: Epsom, Surrey
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + £8,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday 
Are you an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor? We are looking for someone like you to join our clients industry leading team at a well-established car dealership based in Epsom, Surrey.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, working closely with our Sales Department, workshop, and customers. Your role will involve managing incoming service bookings, coordinating with Vehicle Technicians, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities working as a Service Advisor working with our cilent:
  • Managing customer vehicle Job Cards and service schedules
  • Collaborating with the Sales Department to prioritise work effectively
  • Interpreting customer concerns and conveying them to Car Technicians
  • Communicating with customers about any additional required work
  • Greeting customers and handling service bookings
  • Estimating repair times and costs
  • Managing customer complaints and queries
  • Monitoring vehicles through the workshop process

Requirements for this Service Advisor Role:
