- Location: Epsom, Surrey
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + £8,000 OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
As a Service Advisor, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, working closely with our Sales Department, workshop, and customers. Your role will involve managing incoming service bookings, coordinating with Vehicle Technicians, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities working as a Service Advisor working with our cilent:
- Managing customer vehicle Job Cards and service schedules
- Collaborating with the Sales Department to prioritise work effectively
- Interpreting customer concerns and conveying them to Car Technicians
- Communicating with customers about any additional required work
- Greeting customers and handling service bookings
- Estimating repair times and costs
- Managing customer complaints and queries
- Monitoring vehicles through the workshop process
- A friendly, supportive work environment with a close-knit team
- An opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on upselling and exceptional customer service

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the motor trade is essential
