Sales Administrator Required in the Crawley Area
  • Pay: £27,800 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership that has been operating in their local area for 40 fun years and counting! As our client relaunches their Sales Department they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator support and help the B2B / Local Business Development Sales Team. The Sales Support Administrator is essential in supporting the Corporate Sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer enquiries, and facilitating sales processes and administration. This role demands a detail-oriented, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

What Our Car Dealer Client is Looking For in a Sales Adminstration: 
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and process sales documents, quotes, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM system updates and customer demonstration bookings.
  • Arrange corporate deliveries and develop effective manufacturer contacts.
  • Order and locate vehicles, complete AFRL paperwork, and manage vehicle deal files.
  • Attend sales meetings and handle customer complaints.
  • Track vehicle debtors and conduct weekly customer updates.
  • Support all team members and contribute to achieving financial goals.
