A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New & Used Car Sales Executive at our client’s busy franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of a successful sales team, as a New & Used Car Sales Executive, you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance-related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing their new car. New/Used Car Sales Executives must explain warranty service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department team, demonstrate the car's features and offer any other support that may be required. 

Our client is looking for candidates with current or recent car sales experience, but they are open-minded about the amount of experience, as long as you have an understanding of the process and procedures. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.

  • Basic salary is £12,000 per annum.
  • Access to generous commission structure with uncapped potential earnings up to £50,000+ per annum. (Many a Sales Executive within the group are over-achieving this)

  • 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the eight bank holidays. Any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu to compensate for this.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off in the week every other weekend off! (6 days one week, 4 days the next)
