Representing a prestigious automotive brand, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 13 sales executives, drive performance, and optimise the used car sales operation.

Duties of a Used Car Sales Manager:
  • Managing & coaching a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Driving performance & improving KPIs, ensuring the team is hitting profitability goals
  • Purchasing and managing used car stock, working with auctions & re-marketing facilities
  • Developing and implementing sales & referral processes
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring high levels of service and retention
  • Managing forecourt display & stock preparation costs
  • Ensuring FCA compliance across all financial & insurance product sales
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, identifying areas for improvement
What Our Client Expects from a Used Car Sales Manager:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a sales team in a dealership environment
  • Proven ability to manage underperformers and improve results
  • Strong experience in setting and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team
  • Experience in new, used, or general sales management
  • Strong customer focus and compliance awareness
  • Full UK Driving Licence
