  • Salary: £34,774 Basic + Bonus Scheme
  • Hours: 45 hours per week (08:00 - 18:00)
  • Saturdays: On a rota basis, paid at x1 overtime
We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership that has been serving the European market for over 90 years and is rapidly expanding its UK operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s growing team for a career-minded motor trade professional. Our client has an excellent reputation and represents some of the most prestigious brands available to customers.

They are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor with a strong background in managing automotive parts departments, preferably within a Main Dealer environment, although candidates with relevant experience from Service Centres or similar environments will also be considered. This is a pivotal role for the success of the business, and the rewards and benefits offered set them apart from other Car Dealerships in the local area.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts Supervisor role:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Managing stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies of essential parts while minimising excess inventory.
  • Coordinating with the Service and Sales Departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer and trade enquiries, providing expert advice on parts and accessories.
  • Supervising and motivating the parts team, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.
  • Implementing and managing effective ordering and stock control processes.
  • Monitoring and achieving department targets, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies.
